Pink Gingham Top + New Furry Family Member

This past month has been one of the craziest times of my life. About two weeks after I launched my blog, I was traveling every weekend and during a lot of weekdays. Needless to say, it didn’t give me much time to keep up with my blog. I’m slowly started to get back into things, as I try to create a routine and time again! 🙂 I will be posting all about my trips in the coming weeks. I’m especially excited about my St. John and London posts! I finally finished my Key West post at the end of last week, so you can read that here!

Last week I was in London for work, and I found this super cute top at Topshop! I couldn’t wait to wear it & share it with you, so I decided to put it on today to meet my new puppy sister, Layla! She’s the cutest little German Shepherd, and my parents just got her about a week ago – right as I was leaving the country! My family has never had a puppy, so this is brand new to them. Their cats aren’t really too keen on her yet, but hopefully they all become friends! 🙂

I love this top for so many reasons. 1) It’s pink. 2) It has ruffles. 3) It’s cold shoulder. Finally, 4) It’s gingham which fits my preppy side perfectly. I’m loving that gingham is so popular now!
